I’m a professional Chef, Member of the French Culinary Academy with 30 years of experience behind me in the luxury sector of the industry. 5-stars hotels, 2 and 3 Michelin stars restaurants were my universe for the last 3 decades. Working around the globe, I have learned diverse cuisines. I have been inspired by passionate local producers and incredible gourmet people all around the planet. Master Chefs have been incredible guides to my career. Under their influence, I have developed a variety of techniques such as juicing, pickling, smoking and preserving, to create dishes that now brings intense flavours and innovation to my recipes. For me, cooking is not a job. It’s what I love to do!
