Well before I start work on a clients website or creating a website I like to firstnknow what kind of a website do they need, what is the purpose going to be.

I got my bachelor Degree in Computer Science which involved Java Development programming and network Security Engineering, After that I studied for 3 years doing Web Development and Digital Marketing Management i done all that In Dublin city University in Ireland. That was 5 years ago, I then worked as a network Security Specialist at Cisco Headquarters in Dublin for a year and I wanted to start developing web sites. So I finished my 7 month contract with Cisco and worked for digital Marketing company called ebow in Dublin after 2 years working their I decided to work for my self and then went to Mauritius to work and I have a business here with some clientele mainly property developers and Hotels, I have just finished a contract with Alizee Resort Management

Worked for ebow digital Marketing as a web developer and gained a huge client base in Ireland then I got a work permit in Mauritius and have been developing my client base here in Mauritius

Real estate, Hotels, Property developers, startup's. Business owners etc.

Alizee Resort management they needed two websites 1 for casuarina resort and the other for le cardinal The also needed a DMC website destination management company called Maurijet altogether took less than 1 month

I would first consult you on using a affordable host because some hosts can cost clients around 600 euro a year, so I would advise them to be careful I also provide discounts on some hosts I have used in the past. Also sometimes it is better to use a CMS rather then code the website. This would be more beneficial if you wanted to receive payments on your website if you wanted to create an ecommerce website

Just be cautious when it comes to the price if pros are charging say 1000 euro for a only 1 page website then that is extortion.
