I am satisfied at all with the job completed at my place.
I had thought of having pictures of the Window panes which were supposedly cleaned by the staff of Neo Clean but then I retracted.
Reason being that those people employed by Neo Clean were not professional cleaners of Window panes but only cleaners of dirty stuffs.
My window frames are made of PVC materials which are in fact easy to clean if you have the appropriate equipment but they came up without any window cleaning kit, which in fact I had at home.
No microfiber cloth or window squeegee and I was quite deceived.
Also, mention should be made that my windows do not close properly since they cleaned it up and they could not manage to put everything back in place.
The Supervisor from Neo Clean did propose to come again to clean but I prefer not to have that team again at my place.
It must be noted that customers, like me, who request window panes cleaning services are those people who are either busy or have some medical problems with dust and therefore, cannot do the cleaning themselves
